Studio rentals are offered at both UMA locations- 2100 Chestnut and 812 Chestnut. Studios can be rented by the hour, or folks can sign up to be a Rental Member. Rental Members get up to 8hrs of studio space/mo, the ability to book studio space on their own, access to a keyshare and more!

Studio Rental Memberships are perfect for those looking for weekly space for dance group rehearsals, private or group classes, meetings, events, fitness training, dance training sessions, theatre rehearsals, workshops and more! Studio rental memberships are also great if you are looking for more intensive periods for rehearsals and performances or showcases. You can use your 8hrs spread over all 4 weeks or in big chunks.
