We present to you: Majestique! The second of our Artists in Residency this summer. Sophianne and Julian make a powerful duo, combining house, waacking, and afro pop styles with their own aesthetic. Majestique was our Teaching Artist in June, and we are excited to support them as they push their choreographic artistry into new territory.

Danzel Thompson Stout subbing hip hop Before taking off for grad school

Danzel Thomspon Stout will be subbing some of Vince's hip hop classes this month before heading to Illinois to get to work on his MFA. Danzel is so crazy groovy. He has a clear teaching philosophy and is a compassionate, focused leader. Danzel has also been part of Vince's latest project, Philly Kerplop!, an ensemble that creates all-ages entertainment by pushing the humor and abstraction of hip hop performance. Don't miss Danzel teaching: July 26 - August 16: Thursday 6-7 pm.
